Report an error in a question or guide

If a practice answer key looks wrong, a guide contains a factual mistake, or feedback on your work was clearly off, please tell us. Include the page URL and what you expected instead. Corrections to guides are made promptly and the updated date on the page changes when they are.

Use the feedback form on the home page. It goes to the same place and takes less time than an email.

Privacy and data requests

To ask what data we hold about you, or to request deletion of your account and learning history, email support@intellecta.app from the address associated with your account. See the privacy policy for what is stored.

Teachers, tutors, and institutions

If you use Intellecta with students and need something the current tools do not cover, we would like to hear about it. Email support@intellecta.app with a short description of how you are using it.

What we cannot help with

We cannot answer questions about your official IELTS or TOEFL registration, test dates, results, or score reports. Intellecta is not affiliated with the organisations that administer those tests — please contact your test centre or the official test provider directly.
